Hello

My name is Lesley (designer/owner). I am a semi-retired communications professional who creates limited-edition pieces of jewellery. Many of these pieces are one-of-a-kind. This means that I may only replicate some of my designs one, two or three times. Most are made with a variety of home-crafted metals, semi-precious stones, wire, chains and freshwater pearls. A small selection are also made with 14K plated gold or sterling silver.

I make my pieces at home. They are affordable, lasting pieces for women of all ages.

I really appreciate your visit to my site. I hope you find something of interest here.

My Story

Creativity has always been a part of my life. It has expanded my perceptions and given me strength when under stress. Through the years I have dabbled in creating wonderful jewellery for myself and my loved ones. I was lucky to have had a career in communications and marketing that called for lots of creativity. Now this creativity has crept into my semi-retirement life.

I grew up in a distant suburb of Montreal with summers in the Laurentian mountains. After graduating from university, I started my professional life in Ottawa, then spent a year in Europe before moving to Toronto where I lived most of my professional life. I now reside in the beautiful town of Carleton Place Ontario, situated in the Ottawa Valley. It's a beautiful semi-rural town with wonderful walking trails that I enjoy every morning along Ontario's Mississippi river with Layla, my dark charcoal grey golden-doodle. For fun, I sing in choirs and lately have been on a theatrical stage participating in Broadway style musicals.

I still take trips to Toronto and Montreal, but you're most likely going to see me at craft and vendor shows in and around the Ottawa Valley or perhaps in a Mississippi Mudds theatrical production.
